Two years back, I received a GreenFeathers bird box as a Christmas gift, and it’s been functioning perfectly since then. But, after switching my broadband provider, the device stopped working, and my new provider was no help at all. I reached out to the GreenFeathers support team via email, and they had me back online in just a few days. Really impressive service!

We bought a birdhouse equipped with a camera, but after switching our Broadband provider, we had trouble linking the camera to the new router. After chatting with the help line about potential fixes, we set up a replacement. The new camera arrived in under a week and connected to the wifi in no time—less than a minute, really! The service we received was outstanding, and they kept us updated throughout the whole process.

I picked up the ultimate bundle for just over £200.00. Before I bought it, I called the company to clarify a few things, knowing it would work on both my phone and Android tablet. I asked if it would function on my laptop, and they assured me it would with a workaround, which I was fine with. Then I inquired about compatibility with my Amazon Alexa Show, and they confirmed it would work, which was awesome since I have Alexa on my laptop too—way better than using a workaround.

Now, the good stuff: The birdbox is sturdy, and since it’s a long box, you can take off a panel to use it as a Robin-style box if you want! The ultimate box comes with all the essentials, including an internal light that has a sensor to turn off when it gets dark, which is just fantastic.

The Camera version 3 is a breeze to install and works like a charm. It connects to my Wi-Fi even though it’s 30 meters away from my router, with a signal strength between 86% and 91%, which is pretty impressive. So far, so good.

Now for the not-so-great part. No matter what I’ve done, I’ve spent countless hours trying to link this to Amazon Alexa, but it just won’t connect. The help desk was initially quite helpful, suggesting I try the Tuya App, then the Smart Life App, and finally the Green Feathers App. None of those worked. They offered me plenty of chances to return the kit for a refund and even covered the return postage, which I appreciated. However, I received an email that felt a bit curt, stating that this camera has a Tuya chip and they were facing issues too, working with Tuya to sort it out, but it wouldn’t be a quick fix. Overall, I’d recommend this box and camera because it’s good, but if you’re keen on using it with Amazon Alexa or Google Nest, I’d seriously think about waiting for a solution or looking for another option.

I've faced a bunch of issues trying to link my camera to the 2.4ghz network. Turns out, the problem was with my router, not the camera itself. This dude Ly Menh really went the extra mile to assist me in troubleshooting. He was just fantastic; I can't express my gratitude enough, and he truly represents the company well. Ly made a real effort to ensure I could get it connected, offering suggestions that led me to reach out to Sky, who then sent me a new router. He even called me up and guided me through the setup process. So, a huge shoutout to you, because without your help, I would’ve likely returned it and requested a refund.

My old camera started acting up. Greenfeathers got me a replacement in just a few days. I've also worked with their crew before for installation, and they’re super helpful. I really can’t complain about their customer service.

The packaging is lovely, and the camera/picture quality is fantastic. Now we just need someone to set it up. The installation was a bit tricky for folks who aren't tech-savvy.

Buying the bird box with a camera was straightforward, and the delivery was quick. But, the instructions that came with it were pretty lacking, and we ended up spending hours digging through online videos to get everything set up. I reached out to support a couple of times, but their replies didn’t really live up to what I expected based on other reviews. Maybe we should've shelled out a bit more for better service! Eventually, we figured out we needed an SD card to record while we were away, which meant even more online searching... and more time wasted. Honestly, I think they ought to rethink their info for folks who aren’t tech-savvy and maybe ease up on the fast-paced video content. Just 'cause they know their stuff doesn’t mean it’s clear to everyone else.

The representative understood my problem right away and fixed it in no time. I definitely suggest both the product and the service.
